New Patients
Wellness First Urgent Care welcomes new patients and the opportunity to discuss any health concerns they may have. When you visit us for the first time, we will help guide you through the process to make your experience as stress-free as possible. It is easy for new patients to start their journey towards medical care with our team. New patients are welcome to walk-in without the need to make a scheduled appointment. As a new patient, we will ask you to complete some initial forms so we can better understand and treat your medical issues. New patients will also need to bring their ID and insurance card.
